Who we are
PMM Legal is a firm focused on delivering modern, technical and personalised legal solutions to companies, professionals and clients who need high-level legal support.
The firm was built from a concrete need: the Honduran merchant seafarer needed a lawyer who understood his career, not one who only saw a well-paid income. That need defined our speciality, and in the end it defined how we work for every client.
We are a strategic ally for companies, merchant seafarers, institutions and individuals who need legal certainty, technical backing and reliable solutions in national and international environments.
Honduras' north coast — Puerto Cortés, La Ceiba, Trujillo, Bay Islands, Gracias a Dios — the Gulf of Fonseca, San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa. We also act for Colombian, Salvadoran and Indian seafarers.

Principles
Each one has a practical consequence in how a case is run. They are not hung on the wall: they are in how we bill, how we report and what we promise.
Integrity
If a process is not viable with your sea service, we say so. And we do not issue certificates or licences ourselves: that would be fraudulent and would cost you your career. A firm that lies to close a case is no longer a firm — it is an expense.
Transparency
In writing, in two parts: 50% to begin and 50% on delivery of the result. If the result is not the one agreed, the second payment does not exist. That way the risk is not carried by the client alone.
Backing
You should not have to chase your lawyer to know where your matter stands. We report the status of the file even when you do not write, and we answer every question until it is clear.
Our approach
