Maritime law
The sea is your job. The law is ours.
Strategic advice for merchant seafarers, crews and proceedings connected with the Merchant Marine. We accompany regulatory processes, maritime documentation, international compliance and the requirements that professional practice at sea demands.
It is the area where we go deepest, and where you will find us: licences and discharge books before the DGMM, employment agreements under the STCW Convention, and defence of the seafarer under the MLC 2006.

Labour law
